Last week, volunteers Cristine Sousa and Cara Fradley hosted 20 of their closest friends in a night of upcycling and repairing damaged donated jewellery that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.
On behalf of everyone at Brands For Canada and the clients we serve, we want to thank you all for your time and generosity. Through your efforts, our clients receive a boost of confidence to shine at their next job interview and it reminds them that someone cares, and is rooting for their success. You are helping us to give them a brighter future.
Together they made 66 pieces of jewellery last week and will go a long way in making 66 women smile on their job hunt.
